A Safer Penn?: From The Rape Whistle to the Newly Installed Campus Wide Siren (VIDEOS)

Back in my college years, if you had a problem, you could blow your Penn rape whistle or go to one of the blue “call” boxes on campus and dial for help.

Rest assured undergrads, grads and prospects, Penn continues to up their safety measures.
