Don’t Worry, Be Happy: Dr. Seligman Offers Us Some Positivity

In this economic downturn, I saw this video and thought people probably could use some positive/happy reinforcement.

UPennIn the video above, Dr. Martin Seligman, Penn’s professor of psychology, Director of the Positive Psychology Center, and founder of the field of positive psychology encourages high school students to seek out universities with these programs and talks briefly about some good books on the subject you should read (including his!).
