Penn Alumni You Should Know About: Vol. 9

[ssba]
BOOKS

Neil Plakcy (C ’79) recently published his 22nd and 23rd books. #22 is titled Dog Bless You: A Golden Retriever Mystery (Golden Retriever Mysteries) (Volume 4) and is his fourth in a series about a golden retriever. #23 is Under the Waterfall (Have Body, Will Guard), the fifth in a series about a pair of bodyguards in love. “Dog Bless You” might be one of the best punny phrases ever uttered, by the way.

FILM

Kirk Marcolina (C ’92)’s documentary The Life and Times of Doris Payne was selected to be screened at Arclight’s Documentary Festival.  Check out the clip below!

What People Are Saying

"Because of Penntertainment, I got scouted for Nickelodeon. I had such a great time talking with them. I may be a resource for a show on science, travel, geography, gender etc. Thanks for all you do. It really makes a difference."
