Michelle Obama visits Penn (VIDEOS)

Last night, First lady Michelle Obama visited Penn (in Wynn Commons in back of Houston Hall) for a “get out the vote” event for today’s midterm elections.  If you remember, the Obama competitors also rallied here.

…And this isn’t the first time (or the last) that political figures and celebrities have come to campus to promote voting.  Back in 1992, (from my personal photo collection), a “Cheers” star, a “30 Something” star (and Penn alum) and an Adventures in Babysitting star rallied on campus to rock the vote!
