UPenn

Germantown High students in Joan’s “The Stained Glass Project” of the after school program of the First United Methodist Church of Germantown created 18 magnificent stained glass windows to be sent to a school for AIDS orphans in Ngcolosi South Africa. These windows are now on display at the Fairmount Park Welcome Center in Love… Park through July 31st. Letters from Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell, Mayor Nutter and the Consul General of South Africa attest to the incredible work of these GHS students.

18 gorgeous windows now being xhibited May 27 – July 31st, 2010.

What People Are Saying

"Because of Penntertainment, I got scouted for Nickelodeon. I had such a great time talking with them. I may be a resource for a show on science, travel, geography, gender etc. Thanks for all you do. It really makes a difference."
