Sundance 2008: “a lot of irreverence”
“I think it’s fair to say that audiences are exhausted right now with the serious work. That doesn’t mean that we don’t have serious work in the festival, we do, but some people’s take on the depressing world out there is to laugh at it be irreverent. So that’s what you’re going to see this year at Sundance a lot of irreverence.”
