Despite a big stowstorm that hit Philly yesterday, there were a lot of unhappy campers on my twitter feed page when they realized that Penn remained open: (the tweets will remain anonymous to protect the innocent 🙂 )
“The University is Open and Operating on a Normal Schedule. that is some BS, upenn.edu”
“As of 2:45 am, UPenn is open on Monday. What has two thumbs and has to trudge through the snow to get to work tomorrow? This guy!”
“UPenn creates more trouble and inconvenience by staying open during snowstorms than they would create if they closed for the day.”
