Penntertainment

Before there was Google and Facebook, Penn invented this

UPenn and ENIAC

And you thought your Macbook air was heavy.

Get a look at this monster of a computer otherwise known as ENIAC: the Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer… or the first computer at Penn.

We’ve heard about it through the years, but get a great 2 minute video summary of its beginnings at Penn after the jump!

And if you recall, ENIAC had everything to do with my brilliant, yet rejected 1996 ivy stone design.

What People Are Saying

"Because of Penntertainment, I got scouted for Nickelodeon. I had such a great time talking with them. I may be a resource for a show on science, travel, geography, gender etc. Thanks for all you do. It really makes a difference."
