New York-based studio head seeks executive assistant. Previous experience in a fast paced and high level office (agency or otherwise) is required. Candidates should be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment complete with the usual tension, long hours, and weekends worked. Candidates must have great communication and organizational skills, and be familiar with industry figures. Being comfortable with extensive travel and heavy dictations are also essential. Everyday responsibilities include heavy phones, scheduling, file management, travel, and A list talent/filmmaker interaction.
